Last night we went to SUSTAIN in the Design District, right next to Surgarcane.
I really liked it. The décor was modern but not to art deco.
The menu was difficult for me but I had no trouble finding something good to eat.
The gourmet fried chicken, burger and fries were amazing as was the pizza appetizer. Mona-Lee’s roasted chicken was too salty so she was unable to eat it. The pecan pie dessert was also very good.
With no drinks it was $50/person incl tip.
